Shipping, Return & Exchange Policy

At ThreadRootStory, we aim to ensure prompt delivery and smooth returns/exchanges for a delightful shopping experience.

4.1 Shipping Policy

  • Order Processing Time: 2–4 business days after successful payment.
  • Shipping Time: 5–10 business days, depending on your location.
  • Shipping Charges: Displayed at checkout. Free shipping offers may apply during promotions.
  • Tracking Information: You will receive a tracking number by email/SMS after dispatch.

4.2 Return & Exchange Conditions

We accept returns and exchanges only under specific conditions:

✅ Eligible For Return/Exchange:

  • You received the wrong or defective item.
  • The issue is clearly shown in a complete unboxing video.
  • The item is unused, unwashed, and returned in original packaging with tags intact.
  • Return request is made within 2 days of delivery.

❌ Not Eligible:

  • No unboxing video is provided.
  • The product has been used or damaged by the customer.
  • Late requests beyond the 2-day return window.
  • Exchanges requested due to customer changing their mind or preferring a different style.

4.3 Exchange Procedure

  1. Share the unboxing video and issue via email or WhatsApp.
  2. Once verified, we will provide return instructions.
  3. After receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will ship the replacement.

Note: Return shipping costs are borne by the customer unless the error is on our side.
