We understand that sometimes plans change, and we aim to provide fair solutions. Here’s how our Cancellation & Refund policy works:
3.1 Order Cancellation
- Orders can be canceled within 6 hours of placement or before dispatch, whichever is earlier.
- Cancellation requests after dispatch are not accepted.
- To request cancellation, email us at support@threadrootstory.com with your order ID.
3.2 Refund Eligibility
Refunds are issued only in the following cases:
- You received the wrong product.
- The product is defective or damaged.
- The issue is clearly shown in a complete unboxing video, starting before the package is opened.
Refunds are NOT provided for:
- Customer changed mind after purchase.
- Wrong size ordered (exchange is offered instead).
- No video proof of damage or incorrect product.
3.3 Refund Processing
- Approved refunds are processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.
- In case of COD orders, refunds (if applicable) will be issued via bank transfer or UPI.
