Cancellation & Refund Policy

We understand that sometimes plans change, and we aim to provide fair solutions. Here’s how our Cancellation & Refund policy works:

3.1 Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be canceled within 6 hours of placement or before dispatch, whichever is earlier.
  • Cancellation requests after dispatch are not accepted.
  • To request cancellation, email us at support@threadrootstory.com with your order ID.

3.2 Refund Eligibility

Refunds are issued only in the following cases:

  • You received the wrong product.
  • The product is defective or damaged.
  • The issue is clearly shown in a complete unboxing video, starting before the package is opened.

Refunds are NOT provided for:

  • Customer changed mind after purchase.
  • Wrong size ordered (exchange is offered instead).
  • No video proof of damage or incorrect product.

3.3 Refund Processing

  • Approved refunds are processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.
  • In case of COD orders, refunds (if applicable) will be issued via bank transfer or UPI.
